Dean Babcock, MSW, LCSW, LCAC
Dean is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor and has spent his professional career working in health care and mental health care systems in the Indianapolis area.

Christopher Suelzer, MD
Dr. Suelzer obtained his undergraduate degree at Purdue University before completing an internal medicine residency and fellowship at IU School of Medicine. He has worked as both a primary care and addiction medicine physician while also serving as Chief of Primary Care at the Indianapolis VAMC before retiring. He continues to work at the Indianapolis VA in their Substance Use Disorders Clinic, noting that there is no more professionally gratifying experience than to see individuals achieve recovery from drugs and alcohol.

David Butterfield, PharmD
David is a Clinical Pharmacist at the Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Adult Outpatient Clinic, where he sees clients with various mental health diagnoses. Additionally, David serves as the Residency Coordinator for the PGY2 Psychiatric Pharmacy Residency Program at Eskenazi Health/Purdue University and is responsible for oversight of research, teaching, committee work, and clinical development of the residents.

Olawale Ojo, MD, MSC
Dr. Ojo earned his medical degree at Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. He completed his general psychiatry residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He is ABPN board certified in general psychiatry and trained at Indiana University in the Addiction Psychiatry program. He is currently the Director of the Addictions program at Methodist Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Indiana University School of Medicine.

Andrew Saunders, MSW, LCSW, LCAC, CADAC IV, ICOGS
Andrew is a licensed clinician with experience across substance use disorder treatment, co-occurring mental health care, outpatient and residential settings, and integrated behavioral health systems. He currently practices as an independent therapist with Evermore Therapy & Wellness Group and has worked with the Indiana Addictions Issues Coalition through Mental Health America of Indiana on policy, systems-level initiatives, and recovery-oriented programming. Andrew brings a strong background in assessment, group facilitation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and public health work, including participation in opioid fatality review and community-based education efforts. He also serves in nonprofit governance roles within recovery-focused organizations. In addition to his professional training, Andrew draws on lived experience in addiction and long-term recovery, informing a practical, person-centered, and stigma-reducing approach to integrated behavioral health care.

Tamika Zapolski, PhD
Dr. Zapolski is an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry. Her research focuses on risk for substance use and other health behaviors among African Americans. She developed a theoretical model for African American alcohol use published in Psychological Bulletin, and has expanded this work to examine risk and protective factors for marijuana use among African Americans — including cultural variables such as parental and peer support, drug use beliefs, and environmental factors including neighborhood disorganization. Dr. Zapolski is supported by a K01 training grant from the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) to examine physiological pathways through which discrimination impacts substance use vulnerability among African American youth. She is co-Director of the Adolescent Behavioral Health Research Program (BHP) at Indiana University, a Learning for Early Careers in Addiction & Diversity (LEAD) Program scholar, and a mentored scientist with the Center for Translational and Prevention Science (CTAPS). She received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2013.

Gloria Haynes, CAPRCII, MATS
Gloria is the Lead Peer Recovery Coach in Eskenazi Hospital's Emergency Department with Project POINT. She is a Certified Addiction Peer Recovery Coach with expertise in community outreach and intervention, stakeholder engagement, and research protocol delivery.

Ashley Collins, MSW, LCSW
With over 17 years of progressive leadership in behavioral health, social services, and community-based care, Ashley has extensive experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on programs focused on substance use disorder treatment, family services, and harm reduction. As Director of Adult and Family Services at Centerstone, she manages service delivery across multiple counties, leads program transitions into CCBHC, and oversees naloxone distribution initiatives. Her previous roles include directing the SAMHSA-funded Comprehensive Opioid Recovery Center (CORC) Grant, managing residential SUD programs, and serving as a Forensic Coordinator collaborating with justice and mental health systems. Ashley brings expertise in clinical supervision, trauma-informed care, community and staff training, and program development, with a focus on evidence-based practices and systemic improvements that increase access to high-quality behavioral health and recovery services.
